Master Calendar

We now have a master calendar on the wall next to the women's room.

Moving forward, if your ministry wants to plan an event, please first check the master calendar, then take an Event Request Form (posted by the calendar), fill it out, and give to the Office Adminstrator   (or put in her mailbox).

If there is a conflict, you will be contacted.
If it is approved, it will be written on the calendar, or someone will be approved to write it.
Please do not add events without office approval.

As a courtesy, please let the Office know if you are scheduling a meeting. Meetings do not need to be approved, as there are multiple meeting spaces within the building.
