Welcome to St. Stephen's United Church of Christ
No Matter Who You Are...
No Matter Where You Are From...
No Matter What Your Experience With Church...
You Are Welcome With Us!
Worship
Worship is held as a community every Sunday at 9:30 am.
Through living out our worship, we seek to know, grow, and show God's love!
St. Stephen's UCC practices weekly worship with its finger on today's pulse yet is rooted in tradition.
In worship, we seek to include a rainbow of diversity among those gathered in the pews.
Worship is incorporated with technology, music, songs of praise, and favorite hymns.
You also might find handbells and percussion.
In our service, the Gospel comes to life in the modern day
with messages that reflect everyday living influenced by the Holy Scripture.
Come and visit us and experience our hospitality!
No matter who you are or where you are from, you are welcome here!
About
A Welcoming Congregation in Perkasie, Pennsylvania.
St Stephen's UCC has its roots in the German Reformed tradition and was founded as a community church in the borough. St. Stephen's became part of the Evangelical and Reformed Church of America and then joined the United Church of Christ at its inception in 1957. We are a member of the North Penn Association of churches in the Pennsylvania Southeast Conference of the United Church of Christ. We are also a member of the Pennridge Ministerium. St Stephen's strives to know, grow, and show God's love and be living branches reaching out to share Gospel love in the community around us!
WEDNESDAY LUNCH BUNCH
All God's children (and adults) are welcome!
WEDNESDAY LUNCH BUNCH
Wednesday Lunch Bunch meets monthly in a potluck style meal followed by a little bit of singing, a little bit of learning, and sometimes some other surprises...
The program is open to anyone who wishes to be in community in the life of the church; share some good food; and have fun!
Our Vision, Our Mission, Our Calling
Ministries = our "Living Branches"
Our mission at St. Stephen's United Church of Christ is to be compassionate, to be inclusive, and to walk with Jesus. Through our different ministries that act as our branches, we reach out to the community to lend a hand, support those in need, and share Christ's radical hospitality and grace with all whom we meet.
