FALL WORSHIP AND STUDY SERIES

We live in a world that constantly tells us to collect, protect, and isolate. But the gospel calls us to a different rhythm—one of open hands, open homes, and shared lives. This Fall, our church is stepping into a 6-week journey titled Shared Bread, Shared Lives: The Rhythm of Generosity. Moving far beyond traditional financial fundraising, this series explores what it means to live as a truly interdependent community. From the fire of the Holy Spirit to the variety of our spiritual gifts, we will look at how God curates our unique lives for the common good. Come find your place at the table as we learn to live out the radical, joyful rhythm of biblical generosity.

Worship Focus:
Week 1:  The Spark of Something New

(Acts 2: 1-21)

Week 2:  The Radical Rhythm

(Acts 2: 42-47)

Week 3:   Curated for the Common Good

(1 Corinthians 12: 1-11)

Week 4:   The Interdependent Anatomy

(I Corinthians 12: 12-31)

Week 5:   The Geography of Gratitude

(Deuteronomy 16: 13-17)

Week 6:   The Anatomy of a Hilarious Giver

(II Corinthians 9:6-15)

MUSIC MINISTRIES

PRAISE BAND:

Our Praise Band plays most weeks during worship offering a mix of folk, favorites, traditional, and contemporary Christian Music.   We are a mix of guitar, bass, singers, and keyboard and always open to adding more to our group.   We rehearse on Wednesdays at 6 pm in the sanctuary and on Sunday morning at 8:30 am prior to worship.   If you are interested, bring your voice or your instrument and show up!  Or speak with Rich Bosco or Pastor Jeff!

CHANCEL AND HANDBELL CHOIRS:

All are invited to consider joining the St. Stephen’s Chancel Choir and Bell Choir!

We need two more sets of hands for the bell choir, and the more the merrier for choir!

If you have one hour on Thursday nights and want to give back to God what God has given you, we have a place for you!

Bells rehearse at 6:30.

Choir begins at 7:20, with a brief overlap of time for combined rehearsal.

Come join this low commitment, high reward ministry! First rehearsal is September 17th
